This site has one form and no trackers. The notice below says who is behind it, what happens to anything you send us, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written under Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Who is responsible
The initiative is operated by the company named below, which is the controller of any personal data described here. Its particulars are given exactly as they stand in the Commercial Register, with a Latin transliteration, so that you can check the entry yourself.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: which kind of organisation you write on behalf of, your name, your organisation if you give one, your email address, your country if you give one, and your message.
Nothing else. The site has no analytics, no advertising tags and no embedded third-party content. We do not buy or enrich contact data, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use it to read your message and to answer it, and to carry on the exchange that follows if there is one.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to people who approach the initiative. We consider this proportionate because you chose to write to us and because the data is used for nothing except the reply. You may object at any time — see your rights below.
Who else sees it
Two suppliers process it on our behalf and on our instructions. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, whose network carries the form submission. The message is then delivered by email through Resend, which processes it in the United States; that transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Beyond those two, nobody. We do not sell, share or pass your details to anyone else, and we do not use them for any purpose you did not write to us about.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as the exchange is useful, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last reply, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict what we do with it;
- hand it to you, or to someone else, in a portable form;
- stop processing it, where we rely on legitimate interest.
Write to the address below and we will answer within one month. There is nothing to pay, and we will not ask you for more identification than we need to be sure it is you.
If you are unhappy with us
Tell us first, if you are willing — most things are quicker to fix that way. But you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority whether or not you do. Ours is the Bulgarian one, because the controller is established in Bulgaria; you may equally complain to the authority in the country where you live or work.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics and load nothing from a third party — the webfonts are served from this domain precisely so that visiting the site does not disclose your address to anyone else. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary technical cookie for security and abuse prevention. It carries no advertising or analytics purpose and does not identify you to us.
Changes to this notice
If the substance changes we will change the date at the top. The figures and statements elsewhere on this site are described in their own terms; this notice covers personal data only.
